Returns & Exchanges
At Jolie Marie, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If an item does not meet your satisfaction, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receipt. (You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. After this notification, you have an additional 14 days to actually send the item back.)
Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all labels and packaging.

For hygienic reasons, jewelry, earrings, and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made items are also excluded from returns.

If an item is found to be worn, damaged, or no longer in its original condition, Jolie Marie reserves the right to refuse the return.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to exchanges.

The customer is responsible for the item until it is received by Jolie Marie. Always keep your shipping receipt with the Track & Trace code.

All returns must include a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment, lost returns cannot be credited.
How to Return an Item

Submit your return request by sending an email to joliemarieinfo@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive the return address via email. Pack your item securely and send it to that address.

After we receive and inspect your return, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days, to your original payment method.
